ON PAYING MY DEPOSIT/FULL PAYMENT I AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONITIONS:
All deposits are non-refundable. (Minimum deposit of 25% of total order)
If ordering within 7 days of your collection/delivery date, full payment is required on booking and the full amount is non-refundable.
No booking is confirmed until your deposit is paid.
Once you have received a quote for an order, this is only valid subject to our current availability.
Deposits can be paid in person in the shop, or over the phone by calling (01978) 366668.
CAKE ORDERS REQUIRED DEPOSITIS:
->Orders Under £30 – Full Payment on booking
->Orders £30-£99 - 25% Deposit to secure your booking with final payment on collection.
->Orders over £100 – 25% Deposit to secure your booking with final payment required at least 28 days before the date of collection/delivery.
STAND HIRE DEPOSITS:
We offer stand hire which is free for 48 hours, £2 per day after the first 48 hours. All we ask for is a £50 security deposit, which is returnable on the safe return of our stand minus £2 for each additional day. If you fail to return the stand you will not get your deposit back. If you return the stand with damage, we will return your deposit, minus the cost to repair the damage.
If you need to cancel your order, we require 7 working days notice for orders under £99. For orders over £100 we require 28 working days notice.
All deposits are non-refundable and non transferable.
If you cancel within the notice period any payments that have been made towards your order will be non-refundable and non-transferable.
OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
Prior to ordering from us, we will discuss your cake design and theme. By paying your deposit, you are agreeing that you are happy with the design we have discussed and give permission for the team to use their artistic licence on your finished cake and understand that if photos have been provided that these are for reference only, and we do not copy another cake makers design. Once you have paid your deposit, your design and flavour choices are final, minor changes can be made at our discression.
Once you have chosen your date for collection/delivery and paid your deposit your cake will be booked in and your date can not be changed.
Once you have collected your cake or your cake has been delivered to your chosen venue, the cake is your responsibility. EmzCakes Creative Café takes no responsibility for any damage that happens to your cake once it has left our care. Your cake should be stored in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight where ever possible. Do not store your cake in the fridge unless stated on the box.
If there is a problem with your cake (for example a spelling mistake or missing item), you must inform us on collection, or if being delivered before the cake leaves our possession. Once the cake has left our possession we take no further responsibility for it. On the very rare occasion you are not happy with the taste of your cake, you must return to us at least 75% of the cake to us within 48 hours of collection/delivery. We will then inspect it and determine the cause of the problem, if any. If the cake has been sliced, please cover the open side and slices of the cake with Clingfilm to preserve its state and return the cake on its original cake board and box. If you cannot return at least 75% of the cake or if your cake has been sliced and not covered with clingfilm, we will not be able to take any further action.
EmzCakes managment's decision is final.
